Reservation is made by payment of 30 % of total amount at least 3 months in advance
Full amount is due at least 1 month in advance

A 10 % reduction in rental price will be granted starting from the second week in case of rent for several weeks

•  stay
•  use of towels and bath linen 
• bedlinen
• final cleaning
  
•  service : the owner lives on the grounds and takes care of the swimming pool and the garden ; he will also gladly be of any assistance
•  use of electricity : 180 kWh / week
•  wifi

Not included :

• French tax on holiday : € 0.75 per adult (over 18) and per night
• electricity consumption over 180 kWh per week : € 0.20 per kWh
• warranty deposit : € 400 (cheque or cash - no credit card)

As you will understand, pets are not allowed
